2026 WBLCD Permit Applications (below) - 2026 permit applications will be available on the WBLCD website by Sept. 4, and are due in the office by Oct. 15, 2025.  **NEW THIS YEAR: Applicants can either complete the digital application or print the hard copy application. Please report any issues you may have with the application forms.

• DNR Aeration Permit Holder Information - Permit for installing an aeration device on White Bear Lake
• Form 1 - Permit for event of over 50 people
