2024 WBLCD Permit Application Forms (Form 5 has been split into two forms - one for commercial operators and one for noncommercial users. Please read and complete the application thoroughly before submitting. 2024 permit applications are due by Oct. 15, 2023.)
- Form 1 - Permit for event of over 50 people
- Form 3 - Permit for swimming floats, ski jumps, slalom courses, diving towers, buoys, markers, or other structures surrounded by navigable waters (as required by Ordinance #5)
- Form 4 - Application for any commercial sales or services from watercraft on White Bear Lake
- Form 5A - NONCOMMERCIAL Application for new or renewed single dock or multiple user dock, ramp, mooring, and/or permanent structure license
